SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP)
The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme (SCTP) is designed to assist Singaporeans and PRs in their career transitions, offering opportunities to upskill and access new or improved job prospects with potential employers. In addition, Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above enrolling into a full-time SCTP may apply for the SkillsFuture Mid-Career Training Allowance which covers 50% of the learner’s average monthly income over the past 12 months, from a minimum of $300 and up to a maximum of $3,000 per month. Each individual is eligible to receive the allowance for up to 24 months over their lifetime.
