ACI programmes are targeted at the following:
All applications must be submitted online.
Applicants of Full Qualification courses are required to attend and clear a Program Preview Session before being offered a place in the course.
Payment must be made before your place in the class can be confirmed.
For Singaporeans/PR - Please submit IC (front and back) or valid copy of Passport.
For foreigners - Please submit valid Work Permit FIN pass (front and back) or valid copy of Passport.
No formal qualification is required for non-WSQ short courses.
Documentary proof of Lower Secondary or WPLN 4 qualification is required for these courses:

All courses for individuals are conducted in ACI campus which is located at Lifelong Learning Institute, 2 minutes’ walk from Paya Lebar MRT station.
Courses for corporates can be conducted at their premise when it is a full class dedicated to their staff.
A class confirmation email will be sent to you once the minimum class size is reached. If you did not receive any confirmation 3 days before the class date, please contact us.
WSQ courses
SSG will issue electronic certificates (Statement of Attainment) to trainees who successfully completed a WSQ course and are assessed as competent. You can view and download your e-Cert in your MySkillsFuture portal via SingPass.
Non-WSQ courses
ACI will issue Certificate of Completion to trainees who successfully completed a non-WSQ course and assessed as competent. This certificate will be emailed to you within a month after course ends.
Course schedules for classes that are open for registration will be published in ACI's website in the respective course info page.
Our courses are also listed in STEP portal, where you can register your interest in courses that we do not yet have a planned class date.

MCES is only applicable for self-sponsored individuals. Singaporeans aged 40 and above enjoy up to 90% course fee subsidy for SSG-funded courses.

There are no miscellaneous fees for short courses.
For all Full Qualification courses, there is a one-time Registration Fee of $50 for trainees studying with us for the first time. Trainees are required to purchase a starter kit which includes full set of uniform (1 set for part time trainees, 2 sets for full time trainees), a pair of safety boots and a tool kit.
ACI does not mark up or profit from the cost of these items, trainees are to pay the vendors directly.

For short courses, payment must be made upon application for the class.
For Full Qualification courses, payment must be made upon offer of a place in the course.
Introduced in 2015, all Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of $500 in their personal SFC account. This amount can be used for a wide range of SFC-eligible courses and does not expire.
A one-off SFC top-up of $500 was provided to every Singapore Citizen aged 25 years and above as of 31 December 2020. This second $500 can be used for full range of SFC-eligible courses and expires on 31 Dec 2025.
Another one-off additional SFC (Mid-Career support) of $500 was provided to every Singapore Citizen aged 40 to 60 (inclusive) as at 31 December 2020. From 1 June 2022, SFC-eligible courses were expanded to include: courses delivered by SSG-appointed CET centres, courses that fulfil training requirements for Progressive Wage Model sectors, and Full qualification programmes delivered by Institutes of Higher Learning. This third $500 expires on 31 Dec 2025.
SFC can be used at ACI for Payable Course Fee after SSG subsidy i.e. 10% for Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above, 30% for Singapore Citizens aged below 40. Claims for SFC can be made via MySkillsFuture portal by logging in with your SingPass.

Appeals for absenteeism with valid reason with documentary proof, must be submitted within 2 working days from the missed class date, after which paid course fee will be forfeited. Appeals are subject to ACI's management approval.
Paid course fee for absenteeism WITHOUT valid reason will be forfeited.
SSG subsidy is not applicable for absenteeism without valid reason, and trainee will not be allowed to attend day 2 and 3 of the course (if any). Initial claims for the payable course fee from SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) or Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) cannot be processed, and trainee will be liable to pay for this amount of payable course fee. Please note that STEP system will not allow trainee to apply for further courses until this amount is paid.
